Buying a gun from Eddie’s Pawn & Gun Shop is a straightforward process. Customers must be at least 18 years old (21 for handguns, pistol grip shotguns, AR-10, AR-15, or AR-12) and pass a background check.

To purchase a firearm, customers must first select and purchase the firearm they wish and complete a Form 4473. The staff at Eddie’s Pawn & Gun Shop will then run a background check on the customer, which typically takes just a few minutes.

Once the background check is complete, and the customer has passed the 4473 they will be able to leave with the firearm. If customer is delayed on the 4473 they will be given a paid in full receipt and their pickup date given by the ATF. If denied customer will receive all their money back minus $25 fee.
